The Enerpro Group is looking for a Business Development Manager/Business Development Executive to continue the growth of its North Sea business.

You will work closely with the Managing Director, Operations Manager and other department heads to identify and convert opportunities on drilling rigs within the North Sea.
The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong network of rig managers and other decision makers offshore. You will people-focused and someone who is proactive in your approach to business development, winning business and nurturing relationships.

The Enerpro Group is looking for a Design Engineering Manager to join its growing business.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to oversee the timely delivery of offshore and quayside projects. This is a staff position and is based in our Aberdeen office.

You will be a degree-qualified mechanical engineer with extensive design engineering experience and a proven track record in leading design projects from concept through to completion. Your background should include working on a variety of offshore and quayside projects, with demonstrated ability to manage both technical design work and engineering teams.
You must be highly proficient with modern design software and have experience in developing technical documentation and procedures. Strong knowledge of industry standards and certification bodies including AWS, DNV, and Lloyd's Register is required.
We are looking to speak to people who have these qualities:
· 10+ years’ experience in design engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Proficiency in 3D CAD software (essential)
· Experience with AutoCAD or other design tools
· Strong knowledge of engineering design standards and practices
· Project management experience
· Offshore certifications
· Strong technical leadership abilities
· Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
· Commercially focused
· Flexibility required for occasional urgent offshore/quayside visits
