As Enerpro’s NDT Manager, you will spearhead the launch and development of our new Inspection division, establishing robust processes and procedures, expanding service offerings, and building a high-performing team. This strategic role will be instrumental in positioning Enerpro as a market leader in NDT and rope access services, in both onshore and offshore activities.
You will have autonomy to manage and run the newly created NDT division and lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all NDT operations. You’ll also act as the division’s authority on best practices, compliance, and innovation. There will be the opportunity to develop and manage company documentation such as procedures, reports and trackers.
We are looking to speak to people who have these qualities:
· Experienced as an NDT manager, within an Engineering or Offshore/Quayside Construction environment
· Qualified in NDT methods – including UT, Eddy Current, MPI and DPI - essential
· Offshore certifications – essential
· IRATA Level 3 Certification - essential
· Confident with DNV, AWS, ABS inspection standards
· In-depth knowledge of governing bodies (ABS, DNV, LRQA, IRATA/SPRAT)
· Strong project management skills
· Proven track record in writing technical procedures
· Advanced understanding of NDT techniques; Technical Authority status is advantageous
· Experienced in Special Periodic Surveys
· Strong leadership and team management skills

The Enerpro Group is looking for an Engineering Manager to join its growing business. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to oversee the timely delivery of offshore and quayside projects. This is a staff position and is based in our Aberdeen office.
Enerpro is a construction service company which offers a complete range of construction-based support services to the multi-market energy industry.
Consistently delivering cost savings through improved performance and reduced project interfaces, Enerpro has a significant industry track record and is renowned for providing an agile and flexible response which gains the results clients want.
You will have broad project engineering experience, ideally a background of working on a wide variety of offshore and quayside projects. Previous experience in seeing a project through from concept to completion in a project engineering role would be highly beneficial.
A degree in a relevant mechanical engineering field or similar discipline would be advantageous but is not essential. Offshore experience would also be of benefit but not essential. You will have previous drawing experience and will have used CAD.
We are looking to speak to people who have these qualities:
· 10+ years’ experience in engineering, preferably in a drilling or service company
· Background in Mechanical Engineering
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work across all levels of a project
· Excellent time management and planning skills
· Adaptable and flexible, able to deal with customer issues and last-minute offshore/quayside requirements
